Qualification
You must have a current USSA Masters
competition license to compete in regional and national championship
events (no temporary weekend licenses). Competitor field size for
the national championships is limited to 300 entries. Division
quotas for nationals entries are established based on their
percentage of registered masters licenses. Each division has a
guaranteed minimum of 15 slots, with 20 reserved for Canadian
competitors and an additional 50 slots allocated to the host
division.
Each division determines their qualifying criteria for national
championship entries. Entries should be submitted to your home
division by Feb. 12. Division entries and
fees will submitted to USSA by Feb. 15, 2010. Any remaining open
slots after division quota entries are submitted will be awarded to
waiting list entrants according to the total membership percentage
of their division.
There is a $10 late fee
for entries received after Feb. 25, 2010. Competitors must cancel
two weeks prior to the event to receive a full refund. Masters who
cancel within the two period are not entitled to full
refund; refund percentage is at the discretion of the host area.
Masters who cancel due to emergency or a recent (within the
cancellation period injury) may be subject to a $20 service fee by
the host area.

Ozuna
at aozuna@ieway.com.
Registration
Complete this form, indicating all events in
which you wish to compete. Write a single check for
all events in which you wish to complete, as well as for any banquet
tickets (indicate number), payable to Sun Valley Ski Club.
Entries should be submitted to your division
according to their entry procedure, no later than Feb. 12,
2010 (and possibly earlier than that) for submission under
division entry quotas. See the Masters Handbook or contact your
division for details.
PLEASE NOTE: every division has its own
procedure for nationals entry submission and is free to set their
own qualifying criteria for selecting the team members to enter
under their division quota. Generally you will be
be instructed to send entries to your
division chairperson or division office, as appropriate; the due
date for division entries may vary, so you are responsible for
checking with your home division.
Canadian and other masters competitors from
outside the US should contact the Race Secretary to submit their
entries.
Division entries are due at USSA by Feb. 15,
at which time divisions will be notified whether additional entries
can be accepted from their waiting list if the field size permits.
The procedure for submitting late entries will be posted in
mid-February if the maximum field size is not filled by division
entries. Please note that late entries submitted after Feb. 25
are subject to late fees.
Cancellations and Late Fees
Competitors must cancel at least two weeks
prior to the event (by Mar. 15) to receive a full
refund of their entry fees. Cancellations received within two weeks
of the event are refunded at the discretion of the host area.
Cancellations due to emergency or injury within the 2-week
cancellation period may be subject to a $20 service fee.
Late Fees: $10/race for entries
submitted after 2/25/2010
